Medical acupuncture uses very fine, single-use needles placed into muscles and specific points in the body. It is based on modern understanding of anatomy and how the nervous system handles pain. Avin has trained with the British Medical Acupuncture Society and often combines acupuncture with osteopathy in the same appointment.
